Refund policy

At Kanishka Perfumery, we carefully hand-blend and package each bottle to ensure the highest quality standards. While we make sure that all orders are happily delivered, if you ever need to return a product, just reach out to us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • If you received the wrong item
  • If the product arrived damaged
  • If the product is expired

If any of these situations apply, please request a return or replacement within 7 days of getting your delivery. To initiate this, send us an email at namaste@kanishkaperfumery.com.
Remember, we can’t accept any returns or claims after 7 days from the delivery date.

After you request a return, give us about 48 hours to look into it. Once we approve the request, we’ll arrange a pickup from your doorstep through our courier partner. Once we get the returned order and confirm the issues, we’ll process your refund within 24 hours.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
